Function:Â Learning Family:Â Instructional Design What Instructional Design contributes to Cardinal Health Learning is responsible for developing, delivering, evaluating and maintaining the learning content, tools, systems, and programs that enable employees to reach their full potential. This is accomplished via a wide range of methodologies, delivery mechanisms and formats to meet specific business needs. What is expected of you for success in your role Demonstrates working knowledge of adult learning theories and concepts; instructional design theory and methods, various instructional methods and delivery options; measurement and evaluation theory and methods, various software tools used in instructional design and training vendors and resources Conducts small to medium-scale needs assessments and audience analysis projects Incorporates data into course design for multi-module courses. Manages multiple design projects with modeate definition and limited scope.
